Castings
Our casting production processes include sand casting and investment casting (also known as lost wax casting). Our products range in weight from 2KG to 50KG and are primarily made of ferrous materials such as cast iron, cast steel, alloy steel, etc. We use various molding techniques, including manual molding, machine molding, and production line molding.
Forgings
Our forging production processes include free forging and special forging. Our products range in weight from 0.3KG to 200000KG and are mainly made of carbon steel and alloy steel. Our forgings are primarily used in the manufacturing of heavy industrial equipment.
Aluminum Profiles
Our aluminum profile production process begins with melting aluminum ingots and then using hot extrusion equipment to produce the billets. We have 7 aluminum production lines with capacities of 2200 tons, 2000 tons, 1500 tons, 1000 tons, and 600 tons. We also have our own anodizing pool to ensure consistent product surface quality.
Machining
Our machining capabilities include casting, forging, and aluminum profile processing. We have advanced processing equipment to meet the dimensional tolerance requirements and quality stability of our products.
